Job summary

3Search in Central London is seeking a Founding Head of Growth to own the consumer growth engine for a fast-scaling wellness brand. You will shape strategy, drive acquisition, retention and revenue, and work directly with founders to test, learn and iterate.

This role combines strategic leadership with hands-on execution across Shopify, paid channels and subscriptions, using data insights and AI to accelerate experimentation.

Qualifications

• Proven success growing a DTC consumer brand, ideally in startup or founder-led environments.
• Strong Shopify, ecommerce, paid acquisition and subscription experience.
• Fluency in CAC, contribution margin, retention, payback, cohorts and LTV.

Responsibilities

• Own DTC growth strategy, budgets, forecasting and targets across the full customer journey.
• Lead acquisition across paid channels; explore opportunities via creators, partnerships, referrals, PR and community.
• Build a rigorous creative testing programme using customer insight and performance data.
• Improve ecommerce conversion on landing pages, product pages, offers, checkout and subscriptions.
• Establish reporting across CAC, payback, contribution, retention, cohorts and LTV.
