Job summary

IFS Loops is seeking a founder‑level forward‑deployed role that sits between presales and product. You will engage with strategic prospects, run discovery, and craft agentic AI use cases that demonstrate tangible business value.

You will present PoCs to both technical architects and CxOs, and partner with product and engineering to convert patterns into native platform capabilities. Travel to client sites will be required.

Qualifications

• Experience in presales, solutions engineering, or forward‑deployed roles.
• Ability to run discovery with prospects and translate learnings into platform requirements.
• Comfort presenting to both technical and business audiences.

Responsibilities

• Own the full arc from conversation to proof: run discovery, identify use cases, and build PoCs with value.
• Be the technical voice for both engineers and executives, mapping PoCs to business value.
• Partner with sales and product to turn field learnings into roadmap.
• Shape Loops platform direction by capturing patterns and customer needs.
• Prototype rapidly with AI tools to move from concept to demonstration.
• Assess real vs. distraction use cases and scope PoCs accordingly.
• Train presales on platform capabilities and run workshops globally.
