Job summary

Dex is building an audit operating system for UK and Norwegian markets. You will be a Founding Engineer, owning the agent layer from day one and shaping the system that plans, executes, and checks audit work. Expect to tackle deep ambiguity and define processes from scratch.

You will collaborate with state-authorised auditors to embed ISA standards and domain expertise, building a platform that improves evidence gathering and audit execution with measurable impact.

Qualifications

• Shipped systems you owned end-to-end.
• Built and evaluated LLM systems with strong opinions beyond prompts.
• Able to break down ambiguous processes with experts.
• Willing to be in the office most of the week.

Responsibilities

• Own the agent layer end-to-end for the audit OS.
• Design, build, and iterate the system that plans, executes, and checks work.
• Develop mechanisms for autonomous evidence gathering and processing.
• Decompose complex, ambiguous audit processes into executable tasks.
• Collaborate with state-authorised auditors to embed ISA standards.
