Dex is seeking a Founding Engineer in London, offering £100k–£200k base with meaningful equity. You will be one of the first engineers, owning domains from architecture to ship and helping set the engineering culture alongside the founders. The pace is fast and the upside is significant.

You could work on building the product from the ground up, owning architecture through to ship, and wearing multiple hats as needs shift in this early-stage environment.
