Jack & Jill is building the default way people find jobs from Shoreditch, London. We are hiring founding engineers to shape AI-driven recruitment products that connect candidates and companies.

You’ll move fast, own meaningful problems, and work with a founder-led team on Next.js, Python, and modern tech. Total compensation starts at £360k+ and includes equity. This is a high-ambition role with a fast-moving culture that values impact, ownership, and collaboration.

She sources candidates, reviews inbound applicants, conducts first-pass screening calls, and acts as a strategic thought partner.

- Saaras (CTO) went 0 to $3m ARR in a year as founder/CTO YC AI sales startup Kular.ai
