Qualifications

• 2–5 years of experience in data science with a focus on credit risk in fintech.
• Hands-on experience building credit scorecards or risk models.
• Familiarity with Open Banking and alternative data sources.

Responsibilities

• Build credit risk models for SME lending products.
• Create portfolio monitoring dashboards and early warning indicators.
• Work with data sources to enrich credit assessment.
• Define data science best practices as the team grows.
