Job summary

Bluebird in London seeks an experienced engineer to own features end to end on a TypeScript/Node + React stack. You will build and harden systems around AI agents, including orchestration, guardrails, and monitoring, while integrating LLMs into enterprise-grade risk and compliance workflows.

You will work directly with enterprise customers to translate messy, high-stakes problems into a shippable product and make architectural calls as the platform scales from pilots to production.

Qualifications

• Strong production experience across frontend and backend.
• Hands-on experience putting LLMs into real products.
• Experience with high-security, risk-managed environments.

Responsibilities

• Own features end to end across a TS/Node + React stack.
• Harden the systems around the agents: guardrails, monitoring, reliability.
• Integrate LLMs into real compliance and risk workflows (Anthropic-first).
• Work with enterprise customers to turn high-stakes problems into a ship-ready product.
• Make architectural decisions to scale the platform from pilots to production.
