Job summary

Oho Group, a London-based startup, is seeking a Founding ML Engineer to join the early team and own core ML and agentic systems. You will work closely with the founding team to shape both product and technical direction, moving ideas from experimentation to production with speed and rigor.

Ideally you have 1-5 years of production ML experience, a strong academic background in ML/CS/Math, and a passion for startup-level ownership.

• 1-5 years' experience putting ML models into production.
• Strong academic background in ML/CS/Math or related field.
• Hands-on experience across experimentation, evaluation and deployment.
• Appetite for the pace and ownership of a startup environment.

Responsibilities

• Build and own the core ML and agentic systems behind planning, scheduling and disruption response.
• Take ideas from experiment to production and ensure reliability when data is messy and costly.
• Collaborate with founders and customers to shape product and technical roadmap.
• Move fast, test bold ideas and ship what works.
