Job summary

BLP Digital is hiring a Forward Deployed Engineer to embed in customer environments, turning enterprise problems into working production systems within days. You will own architecture, integrations, and workflow logic end-to-end, collaborating with a senior team to deliver fast, reliable solutions.

You will work on full-stack development (TypeScript backend, React frontend when needed), orchestrate LLMs, and iterate based on real user feedback.

Qualifications

• Shipping production systems experience.
• Fluent with AI tooling, LLM APIs, and evals.
• Strong backend skills in TypeScript and frontend in React.

Responsibilities

• Understand real workflows with users and clients and translate to technical solutions.
• Ship end-to-end architectures, data models, integrations, and workflows within tight timelines.
• Develop full-stack features (TypeScript backend, React frontend) and implement LLm orchestration.
• Demo working software to users and incorporate feedback into iterations.
• Maintain observability and evals in production and ensure reliable deployment.
