The ideal candidate has 3+ years in a product-driven environment, full-stack fluency, and a passion for AI. Compensation ranges from £90,000 to £110,000 plus bonuses.

Qualifications

• 3+ years at a strong, product-driven company.
• Shipped agentic or AI-powered features in production.
• Heavy day-to-day use of AI coding tools like Cursor, Claude Code, or Codex.

Responsibilities

• Work directly with the technical co-founder on AI-powered features.
• Own areas end to end and interact with creators.
• Ship products to hundreds of thousands of users.
