trg. is looking for a Founding Engineer to join the AI Infrastructure team in London. You will own core backend systems and ML pipelines from day one, working directly with the founders on production-grade infrastructure.

You will build training and fine-tuning pipelines, handle inference and model serving, and develop evals and benchmarking. The role offers founding-team equity and a chance to influence product direction.

Competenze

• Strong backend or ML engineering experience shipping production systems.
• Exposure to data or models at production scale, not a thin wrapper around a third-party API.
• Hands-on experience with evals and benchmarking, or a strong interest in owning them.
• Comfort with start-up pace: you’re autonomous and happy with ambiguity.
