Job summary

Oho Group is seeking a Founding AI Engineer in London to join an extremely well-funded, rapidly growing early-stage AI start-up. You’ll be among the first technical hires, building and deploying LLM-powered systems that shape the product and the company while working closely with the founders.

You are a hands-on engineer with 1-5 years of experience, proficient in Python, and equipped with an advanced degree in CS/AI/ML.

Qualifications

• 1-5 years of professional experience
• Proven hands-on experience building AI systems from scratch and deploying LLMs in production
• Proficiency in Python
• Academic Excellence: BSc, MSc or PhD in Computer Science, AI, Machine Learning, or related stem field from a top university
• Comfortable in chaos and thrive in fast paced environments
• Experience as an early employee at a start-up
• Experience working closely with product or founders

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and deploy LLM-powered systems for the product
• Collaborate directly with founders on technical direction
• Own key architectural decisions in a founding-stage environment
