Oho Group in London is seeking a Founding Engineer to join an early-stage AI startup solving physical-world problems. You will work closely with the founders to build the core technology and shape the product from day one.

You’ll own critical components, tackle challenging engineering problems across software, AI, and the physical world, and operate with significant ownership, equity, and minimal bureaucracy. Experience in scalable systems and backend engineering is essential.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of professional software engineering experience.
• Strong backend engineer with solid fundamentals.
• Experience building scalable, production-grade systems.
• Experience applying AI to real-world problems.
• Previous early-stage startup or founding engineering experience.
