Job summary

Volter is a fast-growing B2B energy tech platform backed by top-tier investors. We’re seeking a Founders Associate to work directly with the founders, across the business to drive impact from day one.

You’ll scope and model commercial propositions, build automations, support hiring, prepare investor materials and unblock customers. It’s a founder apprenticeship with real responsibility and breadth across operations, product and strategy.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years in a demanding, fast-paced environment (consulting, banking, or startup)
• Strong numerical ability and attention to detail
• Ability to understand business models and commercial strategy quickly
• Proven bias to action: delivered outcomes without being asked
• Fast learner with ability to learn new domains quickly
• Excellent written and verbal communication

Responsibilities

• Own high-priority projects end-to-end across commercial, ops, finance, product and people; scope, execute, deliver
• Support commercial strategy: new product/market analysis, testing and launch
• Turn founder ideas into structured plans and shipped outcomes
• Design, automate processes across the business using modern tooling and AI
• Support fundraising, investor updates and board prep
