Job summary

Marloo in London is seeking Founders Associates who will work directly with the founders on the most important commercial and customer initiatives, embedding at the highest level of the company. You will own high-impact initiatives across multiple functions, size markets, model decisions, build robust business cases, and drive plans with clear owners and milestones until they go live.

You will represent Marloo with senior leadership of our biggest firms and keep GTM, product and engineering

Qualifications

• 2–4 years at a top-tier consulting, investment banking, PE or high-growth tech firm.
• Strong quantitative skills with ability to size markets and model decisions.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; capable of influencing senior stakeholders.
• Willing to be in the London office five days a week and travel as needed.

Responsibilities

• Work directly with the founders on the most important commercial and customer initiatives.
• Build the business case for action and present to key stakeholders.
• Turn decisions into a plan with owners and milestones, keeping teams on track.
• Represent Marloo with senior leadership of major firms and be the go-to for founders.
• Apply quantitative thinking to size markets and validate decisions.
• Carry field learnings back into the product roadmap to improve future deployments.
• Find unowned work and own it, driving cross-functional alignment.
• Pitch in across the company as everyone engages with customers.
