Job summary

HASH is a fast-growing AI startup with offices in London and Berlin. As Founder's Associate you will work directly with the founder/CEO to drive growth, implement scalable processes, and coordinate strategic initiatives.

You will manage operational functions, lead special projects, and support the founders on time-critical matters. This is a full-time, in-person role based in HASH's London office.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree from a top university in Business, Management, Software Engineering, Maths, or similar.
• Outstanding verbal and written English.
• Attention to detail and ability to follow complex instructions.
• Proactive, responsive, and able to work with busy senior stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Help run the company like clockwork by creating and scaling processes.
• Lead delivery of strategic projects, e.g., events, product launches, new markets.
• Provide ad-hoc founder support and help scale the business daily.
