Job summary

Enua-Pharma-Gmbh is building its UK platform and seeking a versatile strategist to drive launch planning, patient journey design, and hands-on founder support. You will own the go-to-market plan, coordinate across regulatory, technology and operations, and help recruit key clinic roles in a fast-growing setting.

You should thrive in ambiguity, bring a healthtech/regulatory background if possible, and be based in or willing to relocate to London.

Qualifications

Experience spanning digital marketing/growth and general operating or founder-support roles (e.g. Chief of Staff, Founder's Associate, EIR, or a growth/ops hybrid).
Comfortable owning ambiguity and shifting between strategic thinking and hands-on execution.
Background in a regulated, DTC, or healthtech environment is a strong plus given medical marketing constraints.

Responsibilities

Own end-to-end go-to-market launch plan for the digital platform and patient journey.
Coordinate across workstreams (technology partners, clinical operations, regulatory) to hit milestones.
Partner with founders on regulatory, commercial, and operational decisions.
Support recruitment for clinic hires and office/pharmacy site search and fit-out.
Handle ad hoc projects in a lean, fast-moving environment.
