Job summary

SynX Therapeutics in London is seeking a Founder's Associate to work directly with the founders on hiring, special projects, operations and fundraising. You will own outcomes end-to-end, solve unfamiliar problems, get things done, and help communicate credibly with collaborators, funders and future teammates.

You sit inside a deeply technical organisation, tackling hard problems while engaging with science and driving cross-functional initiatives across hiring, operations, and investor

Qualifications

• High output quality with attention to detail while delivering completed work.
• Ability to drive projects across multiple workstreams with minimal oversight.
• Strong reasoning from first principles and rigorous thinking.
• Sound judgement on when to escalate or proceed with sensitive matters.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; produce clear docs and decks.
• Comfort with AI-enabled analysis and building workflows.
• Solid life science knowledge and ability to engage technical topics.

Responsibilities

• Hiring: run end-to-end hiring rounds with founders and build scalable pipelines.
• Special projects: define problems, plan, budget, milestones, and coordinate stakeholders.
• Operations: manage finance, procurement, legal and HR processes.
• Communications: prepare investor materials, grant drafts, and public presence.
