Job summary

MAGIC AI is building the AI-powered fitness company of the future. We seek a high-agency generalist to work directly with the Founder & CEO, Varun Bhanot. This isn’t diary management; you’ll extend the CEO, turning ambiguity into clarity, building systems, and driving work to completion.

You’ll own the CEO Office, data systems and culture, spanning strategy, operations, product insight, hiring, and special projects. Hybrid London HQ with equity options.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in high-performance environments such as startups, consulting, or founder’s office.
• Evidence of owning complex projects with limited direction.
• Experience building systems, analysing data, or using AI/automation tools is a strong advantage.
• Startup experience preferred; we care more about slope, judgment and ownership than pedigree.

Responsibilities

• Run the CEO’s priority tracker: turn decisions into owners, next actions and deadlines.
• Own cross-team projects: fundraising announcements, retail launches, leadership offsites, major hires, new operating systems and events.
• Build simple decision briefs for high-stakes choices with context, options, numbers and recommendation.
• Prepare Varun for meetings with investors, board members, partners, candidates and press: agenda, key messages, materials.
• Coordinate investor and board requests: data room, metrics, updates and materials.
• Identify blockers and convene the right people to resolve them rather than letting it drift.
• Own external relationships end-to-end: scheduling, briefing, communications and follow-up.
• Act as a trusted extension of the CEO, handling sensitive matters with sound judgment.
