11 Investments is seeking a Founder’s Associate to work directly with the founding team across strategic and operational priorities, acting as a force multiplier to accelerate execution and growth.

You don’t need years of experience—drive, problem solving, and adaptability matter most. You’ll see how startups are built, funded, and scaled, and learn to operate at the intersection of tech, talent, and strategy.

Qualifications

• A sharp, curious generalist who thrives in ambiguity.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Analytical mindset: able to break down problems and find practical solutions quickly.
• Comfortable with research, distilling insights, and presenting them clearly.
• Bias for action - you get things done and figure out the details along the way.
• Bonus if you have a technical, business, or data background - but not essential.

Responsibilities

• Work closely with the founder on strategic initiatives: client projects, hiring strategy, and product roadmap.
• Conduct research and analysis to support client advisory work (e.g. market mapping, talent benchmarking, org design).
• Draft and refine client-facing materials - proposals, decks, reports, and insights
• Manage and improve internal operations: processes, tooling, scheduling, and comms
• Shadow client calls, capture insights, and turn them into actionable follow-ups
• Flex into whatever is most critical - from helping shape hiring strategies to coordinating with partners and advisors
