Job summary

Enua in London is seeking a high‑impact operator to help launch our UK platform. You will own the go-to-market plan, patient journey, and milestone cadence, working directly with the founders to translate strategy into execution.

This role blends strategic thinking with hands-on operations across regulatory, clinical, and commercial workstreams. You will help recruit for key clinic roles, oversee office and pharmacy site searches, and move fast in a lean environment at an early-stage,

Qualifications

• Proven experience spanning digital marketing/growth and general operating or founder-support roles.
• Comfortable owning ambiguity and shifting between strategic thinking and hands-on execution.
• Background in regulated healthtech/medical marketing is a strong plus.
• Discretion with sensitive data and a genuine service mindset toward employees and candidates.

Responsibilities

• Launch plan & patient journey ownership: GTM, platform, milestones, and patient flow.
• Support founders with regulatory, commercial, and operational decisions; recruit for key clinics and oversee site searches.
