Job summary

enua Pharma GmbH is building its UK platform and seeks a proactive senior operations partner to own go-to-market launch plans and patient journeys from day one.

You will work directly with the founders across regulatory, commercial, and operations, support recruitment and site fit-out in London, and drive cross-functional execution in a lean, fast-moving environment.

Based in London or willing to relocate, you’ll shape how the company operates at launch and beyond, with real ownership from start.

Qualifications

• Experience spanning digital marketing/growth and general operating or founder-support roles (e.g. Chief of Staff, Founder's Associate, EIR, or a growth/ops hybrid).
• Comfortable owning ambiguity and shifting between strategic thinking and hands-on execution.
• Background in a regulated, healthtech, or DTC environment is a strong plus given advertising and compliance constraints.
• Discretion with sensitive data and a genuine service mindset towards employees and candidates.
• Self-starter who thrives with a blank page, not a fixed pre-defined job description.
• Based in or willing to relocate to London.

Responsibilities

• Launch plan & patient journey: own go-to-market plan, patient journey, and milestone chart for the launch.
• Coordinate across workstreams (technology partners, clinical operations, regulatory) to hit milestones.
• Founder support & operations: partner with founders on regulatory, commercial, and operational decisions.
• Support recruitment for key clinic hires, including first-round interviews.
• Assist office search/fit-out in London and pharmacy site search outside London.
• Take on ad hoc projects in a lean, fast-moving environment.
