Job summary

Running Point Recruitment seeks an exceptional Founder’s Associate to work directly with an experienced entrepreneur, building original podcast and content formats from the ground up.

You will identify promising niches, speak to potential customers and sponsors, test assumptions and develop a clear business case, aiming to launch within six months with hosts secured and sponsors on board.

Qualifications

• Evidence of building something from scratch (business, product, project or initiative).
• Commercial curiosity with comfort working with numbers.
• Ability to make sound decisions with incomplete information.
• Experience testing ideas with real customers and acting on learnings.
• Willingness to take on strategic and detailed execution work.

Responsibilities

• Research potential verticals and identify opportunities with a clear audience and revenue model.
• Speak directly to customers, hosts and commercial partners to test demand.
• Build business cases covering pricing, revenue, costs, margins and growth potential.
• Develop the format, content direction and launch strategy.
• Lead sponsor outreach, commercial conversations and sales.
• Coordinate production and manage a small team as the business develops.
• Apply AI across research, content, sales and operations to improve speed and output.
• Develop your own playbook, measure results and adapt quickly.
