Frazer-Nash Consultancy is seeking a Foundations Package Lead to drive the design and delivery of offshore wind foundation packages in development phases. The role covers fixed-bottom and floating foundations, with leadership across technical scopes and procurement.

You will work within a hybrid pattern across UK offices and client sites, reporting to the Foundations team. The position offers a competitive salary (£60,000–£75,000) and benefits, with a focus on professional development and risk

Qualifications

• Extensive direct experience in offshore wind as package lead or project manager in early phases.
• Strong knowledge of floating foundations for offshore wind projects.
• Commercial awareness with supplier and contract management.
• HSEQ compliance and risk management experience.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Chartered Engineer status and relevant engineering degree.

Responsibilities

• Lead the delivery of the Foundations Design package for fixed-bottom and floating offshore wind projects in development phase.
• Define, analyse and execute technical scopes of work for the foundation package.
• Procurement support, including tender preparation and evaluation.
• Management of suppliers and interface with other packages; identify technical risks.
