Job summary

Frazer-Nash Consultancy is seeking a Foundations Package Lead to drive the design and delivery of offshore wind foundation packages in the development phase, with a focus on fixed-bottom and floating solutions. The role offers a competitive salary (£60,000–£75,000), a flexible hybrid pattern across UK offices, client sites and remote work, and opportunities to shape early stage offerings.

Applicants should have offshore wind package leadership experience and Chartered Engineer status.

Qualifications

• Extensive offshore wind experience as package manager/lead or project manager in early development.
• Strong knowledge of floating foundations for offshore wind projects.
• Strong commercial awareness including supplier and contract management.
• Strong HSEQ awareness for offshore wind projects.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder relationship management.
• Degree in Engineering, Physics, Applied Mathematics or related field; Chartered Engineer status is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead the delivery of the Foundations Design package for fixed-bottom and floating offshore wind projects in development phase.
• Lead the definition, analysis and execution of technical scopes of work for the foundation package.
• Procurement support, including tender preparation and evaluation.
• Management of suppliers.
• Support identification and management of technical risks for the projects.
• Interface management with other packages and ensure regulatory compliance.
