Job summary

Frazer-Nash Consultancy in the UK seeks a Foundations Package Lead to drive the design package for fixed-bottom and floating offshore wind projects in development. You will lead scopes of work, manage suppliers, and coordinate with multiple teams.

The role requires extensive offshore wind experience, Chartered Engineer status, and strong commercial and HSEQ awareness. Hybrid working, with time split between offices, client sites, and home.

Qualifications

• Extensive direct experience in offshore wind as package manager/lead or project manager for developers, foundation designers or WTG OEMs.
• Strong knowledge of floating foundations for offshore wind projects.
• Strong commercial awareness, including supplier and contract management.
• Strong HSEQ awareness for offshore wind projects.
• Excellent communication skills with stakeholders across the offshore wind industry.
• Degree in Engineering, Physics, Applied Mathematics or related discipline.
• Chartered Engineer status.

Responsibilities

• Lead the delivery of the Foundations Design package for fixed-bottom and floating offshore wind projects in development phase.
• Define, analyze and execute technical scopes of work for the foundation package.
• Provide procurement support, including tender preparation and evaluation.
• Manage suppliers and interface with other packages.
• Identify and manage technical risks for the projects.
• Ensure compliance with industry regulations and HSEQ guidelines.
