New Directions Group in Torfaen is recruiting for Primary Teachers to cover daily and long-term placements. The role suits both NQTs and experienced teachers, delivering engaging learning environments to motivate pupils and raise attainment.

You will plan lessons, manage classes, assess progress, use interactive whiteboards and educational apps, and contribute to school events while working flexibly with colleagues in smaller schools across the area.

Qualifications

• NQT or experienced teacher with a passion for learning.
• Ability to plan engaging lessons and differentiate for pupils.
• Strong classroom management and safeguarding awareness.

• Create differentiated learning resources for diverse needs.
• Plan and deliver lessons, encouraging pupil participation.
