Job summary

Academics is seeking enthusiastic Primary Teachers to join our supply team in Torfaen, offering flexible supply and longer-term opportunities across EYFS, KS1 and KS2. Whether you are newly qualified or an experienced teacher, you can gain varied classroom experience by teaching in different schools.

As a supply teacher with Academics, you will have weekly pay, a dedicated consultant, and a range of assignments aligned to your availability and ambitions, with support throughout your placement.

Qualifications

• Qualified Teacher Status is required.
• Enhanced DBS check with Update Service registration desirable.
• Current registration with the Education Workforce Council (EWC) is required.
• Two relevant teaching references are required.
• Effective classroom management skills are essential.
• Enthusiasm for teaching and a positive approach to working with pupils.
• Commitment to supporting children with a range of needs.

Responsibilities

• Teach across EYFS, KS1 and KS2 in Torfaen as a supply teacher.
