Come and join our Clarets family as our Foundation Phase Lead Coach!

The ideal candidate will have all essential qualifications and experience of working in a professional football Academy throughout the age groups.

You will also need to have a flexible approach to work and be able to work evenings and weekends.

Role Expectations

As the Foundation Phase Lead Coach, you will be expected to:

1. Support the Head of Academy Coaching and Assistant Head of Academy Coaching in the organisation and delivery of a vibrant, creative & progressive programme.
2. Liaise across the multi-disciplinary departments to support the players within the phase and support the alignment across the Club.
3. Oversee the day-to-day running of the U9-U12 age groups, supporting players and staff. Manage one of these age groups during both match days and training, including Match Packs, Squad lists, and players surveys.
