Job summary

Activate Learning in Guildford is seeking a Curriculum Lead for Foundation Learning within the Lifeskills Faculty to drive teaching quality and learner progression. You will support the Curriculum Manager and inspire faculty teams to deliver an engaging curriculum and outstanding student experiences.

The successful candidate will lead, innovate and model best practice in teaching, assessment and leadership, ensuring learners develop skills for career progression and success.

Qualifications

Inspiring teaching with a proven track record of delivering good/outstanding learning.
Ability to lead, manage and influence staff to achieve outcomes.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills to support teams.
Commitment to the Learning Philosophy and learner-centred culture.

Responsibilities

Lead and develop curriculum delivery across Foundation learning within Lifeskills.
Support Curriculum Manager to raise teaching quality and student outcomes.
Coordinate with Faculty Co‑coordinators for planning and procedures.
Commit to up to 11 teaching hours per week and ensure high learner experience.
