Job summary

Loughborough College is seeking a Curriculum Head in Foundation Learning to lead our Foundation Learning and SEN provision team at Radmoor Road. The role involves managing lecturers, driving quality metrics, and shaping curriculum design and delivery.

The successful candidate will have strong experience in SEN provision, teaching and assessing, and the ability to inspire and coordinate teams to meet ambitious targets and changing learner needs.

Qualifications

• Experience leading a Foundation Learning/SEN provision
• Significant teaching and assessing on specialist provision
• Ability to develop teams and meet challenging targets
