Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience working with volunteers and running volunteer programmes.

• Ability to deliver training to individuals or groups.

Responsibilities

• Identify and place suitable dogs into foster care and assess intake needs.
• Recruit, assess and induct new foster carers; promote the scheme via events and colleagues.
• Support foster carers with regular check-ins, vet appointments, and access to training support.
• Deliver training to foster carers, one-to-one or in groups.
• Prepare dog profiles and coordinate matching with potential adopters and complete adoption paperwork.
