Job summary

Dogs Trust in Manchester is seeking a Fostering Coordinator to recruit and support volunteer foster carers, helping dogs thrive outside the kennel environment.

You will identify suitable dogs for foster, induct new carers, organise veterinary care, provide training, arrange adoption profiles and paperwork, and maintain regular check-ins with foster homes.

Responsibilities

• Identify and place suitable dogs into foster care.

• Support foster carers with check-ins and veterinary appointments.
• Deliver training to foster carers, one-to-one or group sessions.
• Prepare profiles and manage adoption paperwork and matching meetings.
