Tripod Partners is seeking an experienced Team Manager for the Fostering Recruitment & Assessment team in Exeter, Devon. The role focuses on leading a dedicated team, overseeing fostering assessments, and ensuring high-quality services for children and carers.

The position requires strong leadership, supervision, and multi‑agency collaboration to meet statutory duties and improve outcomes for young people. Pay is up to £40 per hour in a contract arrangement.

Qualifications

• Leadership experience managing a team of social workers and practitioners.
• Experience in fostering recruitment and assessment is desirable.
• Ability to supervise, mentor and develop staff.
• Strong collaboration with multi‑agency partners and families.

• Lead and manage the Fostering team, overseeing assessments and support services.
• Ensure high-quality support for foster carers and families.
