London Borough of Bexley is seeking a motivated professional to join the Fostering Support Team. The role involves supervising and supporting foster carers, delivering group supervision, and coordinating annual reviews within a collaborative council service.

You will work in partnership with other professionals, attend statutory meetings and contribute to high-quality care for looked-after children. A 12-month opportunity with pension and leave benefits is offered.

Responsabilidades

• Providing supervision and support to foster carers.
• Providing support for Connected Carers who have looked after children in their care.
• Delivering training and group supervision to foster carers.
• Working in partnership with other professionals.
• Attending statutory meetings.
• Chairing professional’s meetings when required.
• Participating in events for foster carers.
• Co-ordination of annual reviews and completion of relevant paperwork.
• Attending Fostering Panel and supporting foster carers at panel.
