Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience in a social work team with fostering focus.
• Familiarity with statutory guidance and legislation.
• Appreciation of fostering challenges and outcomes for children.

Responsibilities

• Support foster carers through regular supervision.
• Complete Foster Carer Annual Reviews and attend Fostering Panel.
• Manage safeguarding allegations and attend support groups.
• Engage with partner teams (Children We Care For) and training needs.
• Contribute to service development and best practice.
