Sheldon Phillips Ltd is supporting Fostering Innovations to recruit a Service Manager in London. The role oversees the fostering service, staff, safeguarding compliance and service quality to meet Ofsted and statutory standards.

You will manage a team, drive performance, and coordinate regulatory inspections while maintaining best outcomes for children and young people within budget and governance frameworks.

Formación

• Social Work England registration is required.
• Qualified social worker with appropriate professional registration.

Responsabilidades

• Monitor and control activities to meet regulations and standards.
• Ensure safeguarding and good outcomes for children.
• Coordinate inspections and support planning and development.
• Lead recruitment, training, budgeting and team management.
• Maintain high standards and ensure policies are followed.
