Job summary

Thrive Fostering seeks a Registered Manager with fostering experience to lead the organisation's services, ensuring compliance with Ofsted requirements and the Fostering Services (England) Regulations 2011.

You will oversee operational, strategic and commercial performance, and act as the safeguarding lead to ensure high-quality placement services for children, young people and foster carers within the agency.

Responsibilities

• Leading and developing all aspects of Thrive Fostering's services to ensure Ofsted compliance and regulatory standards.
• Overseeing placement services, foster carer support, quality assurance and service delivery.
• Acting as the agency's safeguarding lead and maintaining high safeguarding practice across the organisation.
• Developing growth strategies, building Local Authority partnerships, and negotiating contracts.
• Managing staff supervision, workload allocation, performance reviews and professional development.
