Cosine is seeking a Forward Deployed Product Engineer in London to work directly with customers and cross-functional teams to turn advanced AI capabilities into intuitive developer tools. You will own delivery of end-user surfaces, including apps and interfaces that expose model power through thoughtful workflows, while deploying in complex, security-sensitive environments.

Qualifications

• Forward Deployed Engineering & Customer Delivery experience required.
• Must hold current security clearance.
• Experience translating customer needs into practical designs.
• Hands-on deploying, integrating, and troubleshooting software.
• Own delivery from discovery to production support.
• Strong communication with technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Build end-user products (CLI, web apps) that integrate with Cosine APIs.
• Translate customer needs into solution designs and plans.
• Own technical delivery from deployment to production support.
• Diagnose and resolve issues across code, APIs, and infra.
• Feed customer learnings into reusable product features.
• Enable developers to use advanced language models in workflows.
• Collaborate with research to validate new product experiences.
• Translate model capabilities into user-facing features.
• Maintain high performance, reliability, and usability.
