Job summary

Confidential is a fast-growing AI-native ERP startup building the operating system for finance. We seek a Full-Stack / Forward-Deployed Engineer to own customer projects end-to-end, from discovery to deployment, with a strong emphasis on rapid shipping and direct customer impact.

You will embed on named projects, build durable workflows with Temporal or Celery, and model accounting data in PostgreSQL while collaborating with finance stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Must-have Django, DRF, PostgreSQL beyond ORM defaults, Next.js.
• Must-have 5+ years shipping production software end-to-end.
• Must-have direct, personal customer-facing delivery experience.
• Must-have strong customer-facing communication skills and ownership language.
• Must-have experience with Temporal or durable workflows and React + TypeScript.

Responsibilities

• Build on named customer projects end-to-end: discovery, design, build, deploy, verify.
• Build migration and integration pipelines on Temporal that are idempotent, resumable, and auditable.
• Model and load customer accounting data into PostgreSQL and reconcile with existing systems.
• Create internal tooling to reduce one-off work and automate recurring tasks.
• Feed patterns back into core product and hand off anything that becomes permanent.
• Compress the path from customer requests to shipped software.
