In this customer-facing role, you will design and build production-grade systems and directly influence decision-making. Strong software engineering skills, particularly in Python or TypeScript, are essential for this role. The position offers high ownership and exposure to real-world outcomes, partnering closely with product and engineering teams.

Qualifications

• Strong software engineering fundamentals with experience in Python or TypeScript.
• Experience in building backend systems or distributed systems.
• Comfortable working with APIs and modern infrastructure.
• Excellent communication across technical and non-technical audiences.
• Customer-facing technical experience (FDE) is a plus but not required.

As a Forward Deployed Engineer, you will own the technical success and real-world application of the platform across a number of our largest customers.

This is a highly strategic, customer-facing engineering role focused on building, deploying, and iterating on solutions... not support.

You’ll work directly with senior stakeholders (engineering, product, and leadership) to turn ambiguous problems into production-grade systems that influence real decisions.
