Job summary

Telnyx is building a London-based Enterprise Sales Pod with an AE and a Forward Deployed Engineer to architect and ship production systems on Telnyx's global network. You will work directly with enterprise customers, owning the technical discovery, architecture, POC, and go-live, rather than demoing products.

You will collaborate with a dedicated AE, manage model routing strategies, and ensure scalability and governance of AI workloads while growing your career in a fast-growing CPaaS company in

Qualifications

• CS degree or equivalent experience.
• 3+ years building and shipping production software.
• Proficiency in Python, Node.js/TypeScript, and Go.
• Experience deploying containerized services on Kubernetes.
• Strong observability and incident response experience.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication.

Responsibilities

• Embed with enterprise customers to understand their workflows and integration challenges.
• Build and deploy custom implementations (AI Voice Assistants, Telnyx APIs, WebRTC).
• Run open-weight LLMs in customer environments or deploy self-hosted models when needed.
• Deploy and operate LiteLLM as the model gateway in customer environments.
• Instrument usage with cost tracking, logging, and guardrails.
• Lead POCs, pilots, and production launches from whiteboard to go-live.
