You’ll work directly with engineering leaders at AI‑driven customers, converting complex architectures into high‑performance solutions.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in demanding technical roles.
• Ability to work with customers and executives.
• Willingness to travel ~25% to client sites.

Responsibilities

• Architect and deploy at scale with customer teams.
• Evolve the core product to enable customer success.
• Own the technical relationship and lead pilots.
• Guide product direction based on field learnings.
• Build the playbook for scalable deployments.
