Qualifications

• 3–8 years of experience in a demanding engineering role with production coding and customer-facing work.
• Proficiency in JavaScript and TypeScript; familiarity with browser internals, CI/CD, web APIs.
• Ability to navigate unfamiliar codebases and solve complex problems.
• Experience owning integrations, deployments, or pilots with engineering teams.
• Strong CS fundamentals demonstrated via education or equivalent experience.

Responsibilities

• Understand customer architectures and design implementation strategies.
• Pair with customer engineers to deploy and scale the product.
• Debug core tech, including browser behavior, and build features.
• Lead technical scoping, pilots, and rollouts with engineering leaders.
• Contribute field learnings to product development and deployment practices.
