Qualifications

Key Responsibilities

• Partner with customers to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
• Design, build, and deploy custom integrations, applications, and workflows.
• Develop scalable solutions using modern programming languages, cloud platforms, and APIs.
• Troubleshoot technical issues and optimize system performance.
• Collaborate closely with Product, Engineering, Data, and Customer Success teams.
• Drive successful product adoption and provide technical guidance to customers.

Required Skills

• Strong programming experience in Python, Java, Go, TypeScript, or similar languages.
• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
• Knowledge of APIs, microservices, databases, and system design.
• Strong problem-solving, debugging, and analytical skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
• Experience working directly with enterprise customers is preferred.

Preferred Qualifications

• Exposure to AI/ML, Generative AI, Agentic AI, or RAG-based applications.
• Experience with DevOps, CI/CD, containers (Docker/Kubernetes), and distributed systems.
• Consulting or solution engineering background is a plus.
