• Act as the technical bridge between client teams and engineering teams.

What you’ll do

• Work directly with clients, often on-site, to build and deploy Ravical tailored to their environments
• Use and maintain our internal MCP factory to rapidly develop custom MCPs across a wide range of tools
• Integrate with both modern and legacy systems to help Ravical become fully tool agnostic
• Act as the technical bridge between client teams and Ravical's internal engineering and product teams
• Translate messy, real-world problems into reliable software with fast iteration and high ownership

Who you are

• 5+ years of backend or full-stack experience, ideally in Python and TypeScript
• Strong background integrating APIs, legacy platforms, and fragmented client ecosystems
• Clear, proactive communicator who can manage technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Comfortable with ambiguity, autonomy, and regular travel to client sites across Europe
• Bonus: experience in consulting, customer engineering, or forward-deployed roles
