Job summary

JPMorgan Chase is seeking a hands-on AI Solutions Engineer (Forward Deployed) at VP level for the International Private Bank Tech AIML team. You will be deployed directly into business contexts to identify AI value, design, build, and ship solutions that realise it.

You will work across IPB advisors, product partners, and engineering to drive end-to-end AI initiatives. The role emphasises hands-on prototyping, production readiness, and collaboration with the core AIML team to scale successful

Qualifications

• Formal training or certification on AI/ML engineering concepts and applied experience.
• Advanced Python and full-stack / generalist engineering ability to ship end-to-end solutions with modern software practices.

Responsibilities

• Embed with IPB advisors, business teams, and product partners to discover high-value AI/ML opportunities.
• Rapidly prototype and build agentic AI and LLM-powered solutions end-to-end to demonstrate value.
• Owns solutions end-to-end during engagement: framing, building, demo, iteration and hand-off to production.
• Act as the technical translator between business stakeholders and engineering, shaping opportunities into funded workstreams.
• Balance speed with engineering quality, guardrails, observability, and governance.
• Contribute patterns and knowledge to the AIML platform and mentor junior engineers.
• Champion diversity and inclusion within the team and culture.
