Job summary

Euphoric, an AI-first benefits platform startup, seeks a Forward Deployed AI Product Manager to own enterprise deployments and shape the product from the ground up. You’ll work closely with engineering, design, and client teams, including on-site engagements as we scale globally.

The role rewards AI fluency, strong problem-solving, and a track record of high performance. Hybrid or in-person setup in Central London awaits, with meaningful equity and tooling support.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in a product/tech role, ideally with client-facing focus.
• Academic excellence from a top Russell Group university; STEM degree desirable.
• Genuine AI passion; fluent in AI tooling; GitHub/CI/CD is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end implementation for complex enterprise accounts, including on-site visits.
• Lead enterprise engagements; configure GAP and Navigator products; build implementation plans.
• Own product development projects from requirements to shipped product.
• Design AI evaluation frameworks and track analytics on live data.
• Build internal AI workflows and tooling as needs grow.
