Qualifications

• 3+ years building production AI/agentic software.
• Wired tools to models for multi‑step workflows.
• Clear writing and problem reframing in conversations.

Responsibilities

• Sit with business/clinical leaders to translate ideas into concrete software.
• Lead POCs, innovation sprints, and experiments validating AI techniques.
• Build modular backends in Python/TypeScript and ship end‑to‑end.
