Job summary

Salesforce seeks a Forward Deployed Engineer to design, build, and deploy enterprise-grade agentic AI solutions inside customer environments. You’ll work in an agile pod with specialists to connect AI agents with ERP and data platforms, writing production code and implementing real-time data grounding and orchestration.

You will use tools like REST/GraphQL, MuleSoft, and modern AI frameworks to deliver end-to-end workflows, with 25–30% travel to on-site deployments for large enterprise accounts.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in CS or related field.
• Production AI or data engineering deployment experience.
• Experience designing enterprise integrations and multi-agent systems.

Responsibilities

• Workflow & Multi-Agent Orchestration: Build, configure, and optimize complex operational workflows using AFO, defining agent reasoning, tool-calling logic, and conditional execution loops.
